Job Description
Shahida Khaliq Health Centre is currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience for patients, both in-person and via phone. Key responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, optimizing provider schedules to ensure patient satisfaction, and promptly notifying providers of patient arrivals.
