Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance and strengthen our relationships with international clients. In this client-facing role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will oversee client interactions, facilitate weekly check-ins, monitor project progress, and translate feedback into actionable tasks. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor are essential, complemented by a solid understanding of product development.
