Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the USA, is actively seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional healthcare customer support
- Collaborate with insurance providers and manage their plans
- Coordinate patient scheduling for US physicians
- Utilize EMR/EHR and medical billing systems effectively
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Qualifications: Up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a focus on hiring female candidates. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Work Location: DHA Lahore, Night Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM, Full-time position.
