Job Description
The Venus Group is excited to announce an opening for a motivated Management Trainee Officer in our Finance Department. This role is an excellent opportunity for young professionals to gain valuable hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, accounting, and compliance while being mentored by seasoned experts in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various accounting and finance operations
- Support the preparation of financial reports and perform bank reconciliations
- Help with data entry and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate on tax filings and compliance activities
- Learn finance software, including ERP systems and Excel trackers
- Contribute to internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies
