Job Description
Aspire92 is currently seeking a proactive and technically adept IT Support Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees by ensuring prompt setup and support of IT equipment.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring laptops and workstations, managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, troubleshooting software issues (including QuickBooks), and handling Cisco networking equipment. You will also provide both remote and on-site technical assistance. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support.
Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CCNA.
