Job Description
Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to become a valued member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly greeting and assisting patients and visitors with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining precise patient records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
We require an individual who can maintain a clean and organized front desk area while delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
