Job Summary: The-Hiring is looking for a proactive Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure smooth processing of orders and shipments. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls.
