Job Description

SKIN XPERTS is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, intermediate or graduate-level education, and proficiency in Urdu and conversational English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and communicate clearly.
• Confirm orders and provide status updates to customers.
• Promote products and assist in driving sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate or Higher.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu, conversational English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary Range: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person.
