Job Description
Our client, a prominent leader in Pakistan’s largest hospitality and restaurant group, is on the lookout for a visionary Executive Corporate Chef. This key role will spearhead culinary excellence across a diverse portfolio, including restaurants, catering, bakeries, and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recipe innovation and menu development.
- Standardize SOPs across central kitchens and points of sale.
- Mentor and elevate high-performing culinary teams.
- Oversee launches in bakery, catering, and FMCG sectors.
- Ensure adherence to global quality and food safety standards.
Location: Karachi
Qualifications: 10–15 years of experience (5+ in a leadership role); Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree required.
