Job Description
ASK Development Limited is on the lookout for committed Banking Helpline Agents to join a leading telecom company. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering calls with a friendly demeanor, and efficiently addressing inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will process customer orders and manage account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 (including performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Location: Lahore (in-person position).
