Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This important role involves managing recruitment processes, facilitating training sessions, tracking attendance, generating reports, and handling documentation. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate proactive communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate interviews and training schedules.
- Track attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and create reports.
- Organize and manage physical filing systems.
Requirements: Female applicants only; prior HR experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, excellent communication skills, and availability for night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) are essential.
