Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is looking for a dedicated Call Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver precise information about our products and services, and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls in a professional manner
- Deliver accurate information on products
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
