Job Description
Indigo Developers is actively looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and cultivate client relationships in the Karachi region. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales executives while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for maximizing performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to fine-tune sales strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 6–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, along with outstanding communication skills.
Job Location: Karachi (on-site). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
