Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and skilled Call Center Trainer to spearhead training initiatives for our US-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in coaching customer service representatives, crafting effective training modules, and enhancing performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include conducting onboarding and soft skills training, delivering product and process training, designing and updating training materials, monitoring trainee progress, providing ongoing coaching, collaborating with teams to implement improvements, and assessing training effectiveness.
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service, and the ability to work flexible night shifts.
