Job Description
TJ Global Services is currently seeking a dedicated Admin and HR Manager for an international client. This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM Pakistan time.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in spoken English (British or American accent preferred)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Master’s Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of international experience in Admin/HR
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily employee recruitment
- Conduct interviews and complete necessary documentation
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams
- Screen and vet candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate training records and assess training needs
- Report on HR activities to management
Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
