Job Description
The Fred Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the highest standards of service while maximizing profitability and enhancing team performance. Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue through strategic pricing, implementing effective marketing strategies, ensuring guest satisfaction, and rigorously monitoring hotel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and have over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry. Strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and proficiency with hotel management software are crucial for success in this role.
