Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Support Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of networks and operating systems, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for monitoring daily network performance, performing troubleshooting and fault analysis, and conducting site visits as needed. Additional responsibilities include deploying and maintaining network monitoring tools, and having a basic knowledge of GPON infrastructure, IP protocols, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP.
This position requires the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively within a team environment. The role operates on a rotational shift basis (Morning/Evening/Night) and requires in-person attendance.
