Job Description
Unze London is in search of a highly qualified Restaurant HR Manager to become a key member of our team. The successful candidate will spearhead HR operations, focusing on employee relations, policy formulation, and adherence to compliance standards within the restaurant sector.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA (HR)
– 6–8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
– Profound understanding of labor laws and effective employee engagement strategies
– Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
– Oversee HR management and implement employee engagement initiatives
