Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is searching for a motivated Customer Relations Officer to become a vital part of our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to promote high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide solutions to customer issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Location: In-person at our office in Islamabad.
