Job Description
The Urban Unit is seeking an experienced Environmental Data Scientist to join our team. This position requires a candidate aged between 35 and 50 with a minimum of 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university, or 18 years if applicable.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 7 years or 5 years of relevant experience in environmental assessment, analysis, and management, depending on educational qualifications. Responsibilities include leading climate change assessments, processing global climate modeling datasets, mapping environmental risks, developing climate resilient action plans, and supporting air quality monitoring efforts.
