Job Description
Qadri Group of Companies is seeking a committed Performance Management Specialist to enhance and oversee our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will work closely with department heads to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are aligned with our business objectives, manage PMS cycles effectively, and facilitate training sessions on PMS procedures.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, proposing improvement strategies, and ensuring evaluations are transparent across all departments. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
This is a full-time position based in Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and in-person attendance is required.
