Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Area Manager for Microfinance operations across various districts, including Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursement verification.
- Conduct recovery visits and meetings.
- Ensure adherence to business quality and policies.
- Monitor team performance and resolve conflicts.
- Regularly evaluate compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month (commensurate with experience), along with a Provident Fund, EOBI, bonuses, health insurance, and more.
