AK Graphic is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our night shift team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will engage in both inbound and outbound calls, providing product information and delivering exceptional customer support with professionalism and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
• Offer accurate product and service details
• Maintain and update customer records in our databases
• Meet daily and weekly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

• 2-3 months of experience preferred (Freshers are welcome)
• Proficient in English communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
