H-Verse is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing requests, and resolving complaints across various platforms such as phone, email, and social media. You will deliver accurate information regarding our products and services while maintaining detailed logs of all customer interactions.
