Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting—a leader in business process outsourcing with over 35 years of experience. We are seeking a motivated Team Lead in Islamabad to manage operations, enhance employee engagement, and drive the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team activities, ensuring compliance with policies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Inspire team members and coordinate shift schedules.
- Facilitate team meetings and address operational challenges.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in a call center as a Team Lead, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (9 hours) with 2 days off weekly.
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
