Job Description
Click Traces (Private) Limited is on the lookout for a talented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a robust LinkedIn presence, and a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Identify and source top talent via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and manage employee records.
- Facilitate performance management and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Location: Cantt, Near Mall of Lahore, Lahore
Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time (Weekends Off)
