Job Description
Bioniks.org seeks a professional Customer Support Representative to manage client and patient phone inquiries, provide timely and accurate assistance, maintain and update patient records, and register new patients in the ERP portal. The role requires staying current on company products, services, and procedures to ensure consistent service quality. This is a full-time, in-person position offering up to Rs50,00 per month.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), and a minimum of 2 years’ customer support experience.
