Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. Based in Islamabad (preferred), the role requires managing client communications and email, preparing and proofreading documents, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks (preferred).
- Strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and familiarity with Gmail/Outlook and project management tools.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, discretion with confidential information.
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience with QuickBooks/Excel/Sheets is an advantage.
- Salary: Rs25,00–Rs30,00 per month. Work location: in person.
