Job Description
We seek an experienced On-site Night Operations Lead to manage US healthcare operations, Mon–Fri, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM PST. You will ensure SLA/TAT adherence, maintain 98%+ accuracy and 90%+ client satisfaction, optimize workflows, coordinate clinic activities, oversee staffing, handle insurance and patient onboarding, and produce performance reports.
