Job Description
Vire HR Solutions is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative (Chat) based in Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage live chat and messaging channels, responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product and service information and log all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written communication, fast typing, and basic computer skills.
- Customer-focused problem solver with prior chat or customer support experience (mandatory).
