Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MySQL Database Administrator to design, maintain, and optimize our MySQL environments. Responsibilities include managing backups, replication, performance tuning, indexing, schema design, security, and incident response to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of MySQL administration, strong SQL skills, and Linux proficiency.
- Technical skills: scripting with Bash or Python, monitoring tools, and familiarity with high availability, replication, and backup solutions.
- Professional attributes: excellent troubleshooting, clear communication, and effective teamwork. Certifications (MySQL, MariaDB, or equivalent) are a plus.
