Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Support Technician to deliver technical assistance for our products. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, guiding customers through resolutions, and collaborating with engineering to escalate defects. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of technical support or field service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and foundational knowledge of electronics or software. Familiarity with multi-channel support platforms, attention to detail, customer focus, and effective problem-solving are required. This position may involve on-site visits and occasional travel.
