Job Description
Sehar Foods seeks a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead product inspections, detect and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production. Maintain accurate QC records and SKU tracking, recommend and document process improvements, and assist in developing and implementing QA plans. Conduct daily quality rounds across hygiene, packing, filling, and production to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, precise reporting, and effective collaboration to drive continuous improvement and reliable product quality.
