Job Description
Cretesol Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and develop business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Research and identify target markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create targeted strategies and promotional materials.
- Lead contract and partnership negotiations; perform market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on pipelines, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus), 3–5 years’ relevant experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Full-time; in-person.
