We are seeking a Regional Administrative Officer to support regional operations and maintain efficient administrative processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules and travel, managing records and reports, processing invoices and procurement requests, liaising with local teams, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, has 1–3 years of administrative or operations experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems, attention to detail, and availability for occasional travel are required.
