Job Description

Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Support Executive to handle 15–20 inbound and outbound calls daily to warm leads. You will explain services, pricing, and shipments; convert leads into bookings; maintain follow-ups and call records; and provide professional client service. Schedule: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM.

• Compensation: stable base salary plus attractive per-booking commissions; no sales targets; training provided.
• Qualifications: 6–12 months of US/UK sales experience, excellent spoken and written English, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, basic sales/customer-service knowledge, and a positive attitude.
