Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd seeks a full-time Farm Supervisor to oversee field operations from sowing through cultivation and harvesting. Responsibilities include applying fertilizers and pesticides, operating tractors for harvest, and reporting per-acre yields and operational issues to senior management.
