Job Description
We seek a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ceramic production machinery, including kilns, dryers, hydraulic presses, ball mills, conveyors, elevators, and glazing lines. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, completing repairs, assisting with installation, alignment and commissioning, and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and compressors. The role requires accurate job cards and logs, strict adherence to safety and SOPs, coordination of shutdown maintenance, and support for reliability improvements.
- Required: hands-on ceramic process experience, strong troubleshooting skills, industrial safety awareness, and ability to work shifts.
