Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. This role involves:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate required
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs 45,00 to Rs 60,00 per month, including incentives up to Rs 15,00. Free medical insurance provided. Work-from-home options available after the probation period.
