Job Description
Role Purpose: Join IDP Education Ltd as an Education Counsellor, providing exceptional guidance to international students in pursuit of their educational goals.
Key Accountabilities: Achieve goals while ensuring customer satisfaction; deliver outstanding service and clear admission guidance.
Required Experience: 3 years as an Education Counsellor; sales or customer service background; fluency in English.
