Job Description

Ya-Tech is seeking an Admin Officer responsible for coordinating office administration activities, ensuring smooth operations. The role includes facility management, vendor coordination, office maintenance, and providing general administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and maintain supplies inventory.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement and service contracts.
  • Manage office security and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist employees with administrative tasks and support HR logistics.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2-5 years of experience, strong organizational and MS Office skills.
