Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Customer Success Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Onboarding: Support and lead customer onboarding processes.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor trends and participate in analytics discussions to boost engagement.
- Success Stories: Develop case studies and customer success stories through interviews.
- Engagement Initiatives: Identify and create effective customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects and recommend improvements.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Pay: From Rs60,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 1 year of customer service required
