Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a prominent telecommunications company. This full-time position offers a base salary of up to $100,00 plus bonuses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
- Demonstrated skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
- At least 6 months in a similar leadership role
- Experience in managing agents
