Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of SB (Avatar) Agent. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging potential customers. This full-time opportunity offers compensation based on QA-approved transfer-based earnings and retention bonuses.
Shift Timing: NIGHT SHIFT from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, including breaks.
Requirements include strong English communication skills, a laptop with the latest Windows 10, a good quality headset, and reliable internet speed (minimum of 15 Mbps). Desired skills: computer proficiency, active listening, goal orientation, and a willingness to work night shifts.
