Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Willingness to work in a UK-based campaign
Salary: Rs 45,00 (including up to Rs 15,00 incentives) + free medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) with potential work-from-home options after probation.
