Job Description
Raast Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in our Operations department. This role involves assisting our AUS-based client’s customers with inquiries and providing accurate resolutions through inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling. Candidates should have experience dealing with international customers, possess excellent English communication skills, and be able to work during midnight and morning shifts.
Requirements include 1-2 years of sales or call center experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and motivation to meet sales targets. The salary ranges from PKR 50,00 to 70,00 per month, with additional monthly bonuses and annual paid leave.
