Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to ensure smooth order processing. This role involves calling customers to confirm their COD orders, verifying addresses, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify shipping addresses with customers.
- Provide excellent customer support to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections and encourage order confirmations.
- Maintain order records using data entry and basic Excel skills.
Salary: Rs15,00.00 – Rs20,00.00 per month
