Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage payroll processes for our employees. In this role, you will:
- Process payroll accurately, including calculations for salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records such as attendance and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and legal standards.
- Manage payroll adjustments including promotions and salary increments.
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors, and address any payroll discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of payroll management or HR experience.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
