Job Description
Join AUTO CONNECT as a Truck Dispatch Executive. In this role, you will:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries for our clients.
- Provide accurate shipping details to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of calls and deliveries.
- Manage invoices and shipment-related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
Requirements: 1 year dispatch experience in US Trucking. Excellent English communication skills.
Location: Lahore | Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift) | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs100,00/month
