Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging interested customers. Once their needs are identified, you will forward their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Functional laptop with Windows 10 or later
- Quality headset and strong internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Salary: Commission-based with weekly commissions and retention bonuses, ranging from Rs5,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
